(1) How long have you been building web sites?
VBE started building web sites to showcase our own stores back in 1998 and now with 10 years of web design experience,
we believe that we can offer you a quality web site that fits your needs at a more reasonable price.

(2) Do you offer flash?
We do not offer flash on our web sites. We have found that it not only slows down the load time but search engines
like Google, Yahoo and MSN have problems indexing the web site content and this can result in a web site not being listed in the
first pages of a search result. A slow loading web site can also lead to your visitor leaving before your page loads.

(3) What will you need to upload my web site to my own domain name?
After you have your own domain and your own hosting account for the domain. You will need to give us the user name and
password to your web site FTP so that we will have access to upload the filles. You can always change the password after we have
uploaded your site and change it back when you need us to upload an update to your site.

(4) Can you put a visitor counter on my site?
Yes, You will need to sign up with a free web visitor tracking company. Then you will need to give us the user name
and password to your account so that we will have access to set up your account and get the tracking code for each of your pages.
You can always change the password after we have uploaded your tracking codes and change it back when you need us to upload an
update to your site.

(5) Do you place ads on my web site?
The only ad we require you to keep on the web site that we design for you is a small acknowledgment link to
VBEwebDesigns.com. We will add the code for other banner and advertising like Google ad words if you request.

(6) How long will it take to build me a custom web site?
It will take 2 weeks or more to build you a custom web site. It is all according to what the customer needs. Give us a phone call or send us an email with
a description of what you would like to see in your web site. Send us a link to a web site you like and give us a visual example of
what your looking for. We will not copy someone else’s web design but, we can design something that might look close to the example
you send us. Please remember that we do not do flash or uploading other programs to web sites. We build clean, fast loading html
web sites and leave all of the fancy stuff to the over priced web developers.

(7) Can you install a shopping cart program on my web site?
We use what is called a remotely hosted script. You can find the one we recommend at www.mals-e.com. It is free and has
all the options you will need to collect credit card information, issue gift vouchers, set up shipping zones and it will process your
orders through your PayPal account. It is a great shopping cart that will not take up room on your server.
